Fresh ideas. Exceptional outcomes.

The rapid advance of technology coupled with human creativity is changing the playing field. Platforms such as Airbnb, Uber and Kickstarter have created market opportunity where previously there was none, radically shifting the playing field for existing industry players and leaving many wondering ‘What just happened?’ The disruptive economy is here!

If you’re planning for next year, considering how to make a significant shift in IT delivery, considering a new market initiative that uses applications or just concerned about how to meet the disruptive challenge – then this seminar is for you.

Join us for breakfast:

We will cover how a data-driven approach has yielded significant improvements to application up-take and engagement, using two case studies:

  1. KiwiRail: Re-inventing workflow management in the field.
  2. TAB: Re-defining the digital customer experience.
