ECM Expands Into Australia

After many successful years delivering Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, based on the IBM FileNet platform, to clients in New Zealand, Certus is expanding its ECM capability into the Australian market.

After many successful years delivering Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, based on the IBM FileNet platform, to clients in New Zealand, Certus is expanding its ECM capability into the Australian market. We have appointed a principal consultant, Fehin Dunne, who will combine pre-sales and project work, based in Sydney.

Ged Roberts, Director of Certus’ Applications and Integration business in Australia/New Zealand, said "This is a very important initiative for Certus as we see significant growth in the FileNet market particularly in the social content space as well as within its core document management capabilities. We will leverage the New Zealand team, and their expertise, in our Australian opportunities which will allow us to deliver great outcomes whilst also delivering great value for money.”

As part of this initiative, the ECM team based in New Zealand, which previously operated as an autonomous line of business, will be merged into the A/NZ Applications and Integration business, under the local leadership of Niket Mohey. This will increase the A&I team to 60 consultants across Integration, Web, Mobile, Collaboration, ECM and Architecture capabilities.
